Powerful and yet with a bit of sweetness, this amarone goes well with meat and pasta dishes as well as strong cheeses. The wine comes from the district Valpolicella in the northern Italy.

The wine Chianti is from Rufina Toscany. The wine is made with the main grape
Sangiovese and the additional grapes Canaiolo and Colorino. The scent impression is of cherry, tobacco and spices. The wine goes well with meat and rich pasta dishes.

The Ripasso wine is from the Valpolicella valley north of Verona. When added dried pressed grapes from the amorone, it gives the normal Valpolicella more power with a whiff of sweetness. The wine has a lot of flavors, here among cherry. Great with meat dishes.

White wine from Romagna. The wine has a pleasant dry taste and not very sour. Fits well with fish dishes, pizza, pasta and light meat.

Made from the Vermentino grape, which is known as the best white wine from Sardinia. This wine is from a small wine yard on the south of Sardinia. It is a dry and pleasant wine with a powerful and fruity taste. Suits all kinds of fish dishes.

Bardolino Chiaretto (Rosé)

Delicious rosé from the Bardolino area by the Lake Garda. The wine is very light and elegant, but yet with a lot of flavors from especially cherry and raspberries. Fits well with all kinds of light dishes.
