The wine Chianti is from Rufina Toscany. The wine is made with the main grape Sangiovese and the additional grapes Canaiolo and Colorino. The scent impression is of cherry, tobacco and spices. The wine goes well with meat and rich pasta dishes.

The Ripasso wine is from the Valpolicella valley north of Verona. When added dried pressed grapes from the amorone, it gives the normal Valpolicella more power with a whiff of sweetness. The wine
has a lot of flavors, here among cherry. Great with meat dishes.
